The burr for high-volume cafés (more than 30kg per week) requiring highest grind speeds and dosing consistency over long demand periods made in Germany by Mahlkönig. Record performance of up to 7g/sec for recipes of 18gs and 40ml extraction in 30 seconds. Fastest beverage preparation and best taste for up to 1.200kg of grinding volume.
The crucial perfect match between the motor and the burr set is not ensured when replacing your burrs with imitation or non-Mahlkönig burrs. The burr replacement with unoriginal burrs impacts performance, lifetime, liability and safety as well as warranty.
